Study of correlation structure-behavior among cationic lipopeptides
Abstract
Lipopeptides containing ArgGlu, OrnGlu, OrnGln, LysGlu, LysGln where synthesized. Amphiphilic properties where provided for formation of di- and monoesters L-glutamic acid and L-glutamine with various chain size of aliphatic alcohols. Parameter CCV for compounds where found and correlation between structure and behavior was determined
