Abstract
Kinetics of formation and oxidation of hydroxyl the η 3 -аllil complexes of a palladium with isoprene and sorbic acid in water and water - аcetonitril solutions in presence of chloride - ions are investigated. Presence of balance between Na2PdCl4 and allil complex in reactions of formation is established. Research of reactivity of η 3 -аllil complexes was done in reactions of oxidation by para - benzquinone in presence of DС1. In specified conditions protodemetallation reaction of allil complex proceeds simultaneously with oxidation reaction. It is established that in reaction system direct oxidation of diene-derivative products with formation of products of various structure proceeds, as well as direct oxidation of η 3 -аllil complex. Kinetic and thermodynamic characteristics of researched reactions are determined.

n-Ethoxyphenyl-n'-pentylbenzoate was studied by X-ray diffraction analysis at 120.0 and 296.0 K. We have got any information in mutual orientation of the benzene rings and their possible conjugation the carboxy group COO, and orientation of the nearest benzene rings

Abstract
The extractive distillation was investigated of cyclohexane-benzene-ethylbenzene-npropylbenzene mixture with aniline as separating agent in the complexes of columns with two outlets. The manifold of the workable flow sheets was synthesized. The each flow sheet was optimized by the criteria of the scheme minimum energy consumption. The optimal flow sheet was found which characterized by the energy consumption lower than other ones for 50-75%.

Usually oxidation-reduction reactions characterized by standard potentials corresponding semireactions summarizing in tables either in ABC-order or in order of increasing (decreasing) standard oxidation-reduction potentials. However more suitable forms of presentation of potentials of oxidation-reduction reactions can be used. Methods of calculation of diagrams Latimer, Frost, Purbe are presented in this work, moreover examples are presented.

Work concerns studying process of electrochemical dissolution of the nickel besieged from waste solutions by an electrochemical way. The  influence of key parameters of technological process - potential, temperature, pH, speed of a channel of electrolyte, structure of electrolyte on process of dissolution of nickel are determined.

The long circular cylindrical sample (polymer fiber) with internal insulated circular crack under the action of the constant heat flow directed along the axis of the cylinder and normally to the plane of the crack is considered. A number of generalizing ratios for the stress intensity factors under thermal loading is derived. It is revealed, that consideration of chemical-engineering objects’ random components of input and output characteristics enables to determine more subtle characteristics of their operation. The analysis of chemical-engineering objects’ input random processes is conducted, the simulation algorithm, based on shaping filter method, is suggested.

Abstract
Abstract- it was shown that the structural instability of a polymer crystal can be related to trapping different types of lattice vibrations in nonlinear resonances. The trapping condition is the excess of intramode anhar - monicity over intermode interaction. A model of the transition in polymer type polymetil-metacrilat was constructed. It is shown that a coherent state of orientational vibrations of heavy atomic groups are formed below the transition point.  It was established that the structural instability of the polymer crystal is the second- order phase transitions.
