IPPD influence on the efficiency of cobalt containing brass-to-rubber adhesion promotors

Abstract

Influence of IPPD on brass-plated steel cord bonding to rubber, in presence of cobalt salts as adhesion promotors, was investigated. It was found that adhesion of 3L30 steel cord to breaker rubber, containing Co stearate and naphtenate as adhesion promotors, increased in presence of IPPD
