Abstract

The varieties of the methods of nanoparicles synthesis are discussed in this review. Wet and dry chemistry processes, pulse sonoelectrochemistry, methods with use of supercritical CO2, and far from equilibrium systems of two liquids are considered and compared.Possible role of dissipative phenomena during the processes of new nanoparticles creation is under special attention.
