Various parameters affecting sample preparation, LC separation, and MS/MS detection were investigated, and optimized conditions were identified. The UPLC-MS/MS system was equipped with an electrospray ion source operating in positive ion mode with selected reaction monitoring. Leuprolide-13С6 was used as internal standard for analytes quantitative assessment. The proposed method was validated considering the parameters specificity, linearity (0.1-10 ng/ml), recovery (52-98%), limit of detection (0.1 ng/ml), matrix effects and stability.</p>
Предложенная методика была валидирована с учетом параметров специфичности, линейности (0.1-10 нг/мл), степени извлечения (52-98%), предела обнаружения (0.1 нг/мл), матричного эффекта и стабильности.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>рилизинг-гормон гонадотропина</kwd><kwd>агонисты рилизинг-гормона гонадотропина</kwd><kwd>твердофазная экстракция</kwd><kwd>сверхпроизводительная жидкостная хроматография в сочетании с тандемной масс-спектрометрией</kwd><kwd>СВЭЖХ-МС/МС</kwd><kwd>сверхпроизводительная жидкостная хроматография в сочетании с масс-спектрометрией высокого разрешения</kwd><kwd>СВЭЖХ-МСВР</kwd><kwd>допинг-контроль</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>gonadotropin-releasing hormone</kwd><kwd>gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonists</kwd><kwd>solidphase egonadotropin-releasing hormon</kwd><kwd>gonadotropin-releasing hormon agonists</kwd><kwd>solid-phase extraction</kwd><kwd>ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry</kwd><kwd>UPLCMS/MS</kwd><kwd>ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled to high resolution mass spectrometry</kwd><kwd>UPLC-HRMS</kwd><kwd>doping control</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Mareck U., Geyer H., Opfermann G., Thevis M., Schänzer W.
