Tests of the catalyst were carried out in a flow reactor at a temperature of 230–300 ° С and under a pressure of 0.1–2.0 MPa. Industrial catalyst NTK-4 was used. Conversion of ethanol was 40–63%, selectivity was 86–94%. In the process hydrogen is produced, and it can be used on one of the stages of the process. Some technological aspects are also presented. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В работе обсуждаются закономерности процесса дегидрирования этанола до этилацетата, а также аспекты технологического оформления процесса. В качестве катализатора дегид-рирования этанола в этилацетат использовался промышленный катализатор НТК-4, про-изводства ОАО «Дорогобуж». Испытания катализатора проводились в проточной установке в области температур 230-300°С и давлений 0.1–2.0 МПа. Катализатор позволяет достигать конверсии этанола за проход от 40 до 63%, при этом селективность процесса составляет 86-94%.
