The developed technique allows to decrease extraction time (from 24 hrs to 16 min) under retention of structure of polysaccharides.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Представленная работа посвящена низкочастотной (30 кГц) ультразвуковой экстракции и исследованию основных физико-химических свойств экстрактов полисахаридов из семян льна.
